Can I walk in?
We prefer you to call in for appointment first as we believe in providing the best service and do not want to waste your waiting time when our therapists are busy.
Are you open on weekend and public holiday?
Yes. Please refer to our opening hour.
Do you accept male customer?
Yes, we provide services for both male and female clients.
Do you provide room for couple?
Yes for facial and not for massage. Only individual room is available for massage as we believe it is a total relaxation without conversation.
Should I be early or punctual?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early and give yourself plenty of time to start to relax and unwind before your appointment. If this is your first time, please come 20-30 minutes early for consultation.
What kind of payment is accepted?
Cash, Nets, all credit & debit cards.
Do you provide instalment plan?
Yes, we provide interest-free instalment plan for UOB, Maybank credit cards and Diners charge card holders.
Can I buy a treatment package for my friend?
Of course, you are encourage to share the goodness of our treatments and services with all your friends and relatives. We provide referral scheme for successful referral.
Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes, we do provide gift vouchers as an ideal gift to someone special.
Can I buy the products you use in the salon?
Yes, all the products we use in the salon can be purchased – simply ask your therapists.
